Work Permits
According to immigration laws, foreign workers in Poland must have the proper visas and work permits. Employee work permits must be obtained and sponsored by a locally licenced and incorporated entity, which can be difficult for companies just entering the Polish market. Poland is notorious for being rigid in its visa policies for foreigners, and visas will be granted only if no suitable Polish candidate can be found for a position.
